Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) to engage with customers, generate sales, and contribute to our growing business.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
- Explain products, offers, and promotions effectively.
- Convert leads into successful sales through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain sales records and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Retail Sales, or Telesales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
