- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
- Take guest orders and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain bar inventory and report stock requirements.
- Follow hotel standards, SOPs, and applicable liquor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on holidays.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
