Job Description: Vendor Central Dispatch & Warehouse Operations Executive
Department: Operations / Fulfillment Center
Reporting To: FC Operations Manager
Role Summary
Responsible for invoice creation across Vendor Central channels, managing picklists and pickers, ensuring packing quality, coordinating inventory, and ensuring on-time dispatchs. Key Responsibilities
Generate invoices accurately. Create and assign picklists.
Manage picker productivity and accuracy. Ensure packing quality and compliance. Coordinate inventory availability.
Ensure on-time shipment dispatch.
Maintain dispatch documentation and reports.
Skills
Vendor Central, Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS, Warehouse Operations, Dispatch Management, GST basics, Communication, Coordination.
Experience 2–5 years in Warehouse/Fulfillment/E-commerce operations.
Education Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
