- Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily schedules, actively resolving conflicts.
- Communications: Screen phone calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence on the employer’s behalf.
- Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Administrative Support: Maintain filing systems, process expense reports, and prepare documents or presentations.
- Personal Assistance: Manage and coordinate personal appointments, and run errands as needed.
