Key Responsibilities :
- Manage local and international logistics and transportation activities.
- Handle import and export shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin and other trade documents.
- Track shipments, deliveries, vessel schedules, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, production, purchase, and finance teams.
- Monitor freight and transportation costs and support cost control.
- Maintain import-export and logistics records and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs and international trade requirements.
