Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR database
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Support employee engagement and grievance resolution
- Execute HR policies and performance management processes
- Plan and conduct training and development programs
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Ensure compliance, audits, and proper documentation
- Assist in manpower planning and organizational structure updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Hands-on experience in payroll and attendance management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Preferred
- Experience in compliance and audits
- Experience in manufacturing industry
