Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Trainer to deliver high-quality training in electrical systems and practical applications. The role involves facilitating skill development, enhancing employability, and ensuring trainees gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on electrical concepts and applications
- Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Conduct hands-on training in wiring, electrical maintenance, safety procedures, and tools usage
- Evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in the training environment
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports as per project guidelines
- Support placement activities and industry readiness of trainees
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant industry or training experience
- Prior experience in skill development projects will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
- Strong practical knowledge and demonstration skills
- Classroom management and mentoring ability
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
Preferred:
- Experience working in government or CSR skill development projects
- Certification in training (ToT) or relevant vocational training programs
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
