Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of the Club premises, ensuring that all electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and other maintenance requirements are attended to promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, and other Club facilities.
- Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly and ensure timely rectification.
- Conduct regular inspections of the Club premises and identify maintenance requirements.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building facilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service agencies for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
- Monitor the quality of work carried out by technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure availability of essential spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Follow up on pending maintenance issues and ensure their closure within the required time.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements related to maintenance.
- Assist management in preparing maintenance estimates and requirements.
- Monitor maintenance-related expenses and ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and take immediate corrective action.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in building/facility maintenance, preferably in a Club, Hotel, Hospital, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance works.
- Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with staff, contractors, and management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.
Pay: ₹10,656.11 - ₹40,000.00 per month
