General Manager – Sales | Athen Maruti Suzuki, Nagercoil
Job Summary:
Lead the dealership's overall sales operations, drive business growth, achieve sales and profitability targets, and ensure excellence in customer satisfaction in line with Maruti Suzuki standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the dealership sales team.
- Strengthen retail, corporate, fleet, exchange, and finance & insurance (F&I) business.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki sales processes, CRM, and CSI standards.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and profitability through MIS and performance reviews.
- Build strategic relationships with corporate customers and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute local marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in automobile dealership sales, with extensive Maruti Suzuki dealership experience.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (General Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Regional Sales Head).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales, market share, and profitability targets.
- Strong expertise in Maruti Suzuki retail operations, CRM, exchange, F&I, corporate sales, and team leadership.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and business development skills.
