We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage online orders and handle customer calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using computers, and be able to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process online orders.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, pricing, and customization requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and order-related queries politely and efficiently.
- Update daily sales details accurately.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic English and typing skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, online ordering platforms.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support, call handling, or order management is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
