Job Title: Order Management Specialist
Location: Pune/Jaipur
No. of Vacancy: 1 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor sales orders, intercompany orders, and stock transfer orders across the European network.
- Ensure timely order release, confirmation, and progression through the supply chain in line with agreed priorities.
- Actively track order status from creation to delivery, ensuring issues are identified early and addressed proactively.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve order-related exceptions including shortages, allocation issues, delays, and master data errors.
- Coordinate corrective actions with Supply Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Escalate risks to service or supply in a structured and timely manner, with clear impact and recovery options.
- Act as a key coordination point between manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across the network to ensure alignment on priorities, constraints, and recovery plans.
- Support smooth inter-site material flows and minimise disruption caused by demand or supply variability.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy within ERP and order management systems (e.g. order dates, quantities, shipping details).
- Support master data quality by identifying gaps or inconsistencies that impact order flow. • Ensure adherence to defined order management processes and controls.
- Identify recurring order flow issues and work with stakeholders to address root causes.
- Support the development of order tracking reports and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance reliability, responsiveness, and efficiency across the network.
Experience, skills & abilities required:
- Experience in order management, customer service, supply chain operations, or material planning within a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and material flow concepts.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) in an order execution or coordination role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, able to coordinate across functions, sites, and regions.
- Structured, proactive approach to issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Comfortable working with data to track orders, identify trends, and support decision making.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Qualification:
- Min 3-5 yrs exp into customer Service, Sales, Operations, Warehouse etc.
- SAP ERP experience in O2C is desirable.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting/finance/Supply Chain or similar field
