Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in civil construction billing and quantity surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of client RA bills, final bills and sub-contractor bills.
- Detailed quantity take-off from drawings and on-site measurements.
- Checking and certification of measurements recorded in MB and preparation of measurement sheets.
- Rate analysis, cost estimation, and reconciliation of materials (Cement, Steel, etc.).
- Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Manager and client for bill certification and payment follow-up.
- Preparation of BBS, BOQ comparison, and extra item / deviation statements.
- Maintaining billing documentation, correspondence, and supporting documents as per contract.
- Knowledge of CPWD / MES / Defence measurement and billing procedures will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 Years of experience in billing in building / infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), MS Office.Hands-on experience in estimation, costing and billing software.
- Good understanding of IS Codes, specifications and contract conditions.
- Good communication, analytical and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
