Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building qualified sales pipelines, and supporting the business development team by generating high-quality leads across target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, databases, industry directories, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the company's target market.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach efforts to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques and lead qualification frameworks.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, Lusha, , or equivalent prospecting tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Consulting, ESG, or B2B technology industries.
- Familiarity with email automation and sales engagement platforms.
- Experience managing international lead generation campaigns (US, UK, Europe, APAC, or Middle East markets).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign analytics.
