Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup of audiology and speech therapy devices, including calibration as per standards.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of hearing aids, audiometers, impedance meters, OAE/BERA systems, speech processors, and other assistive devices.
- Troubleshooting & Repair of electronic equipment (hardware/software-related).
- Coordination with OEMs/Vendors for warranty claims, spare parts, and service escalations.
- Maintain service records, calibration logs, and equipment history reports.
- Provide technical training/support to audiologists and speech therapists on equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with medical device safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of clinic equipment to minimize downtime.
- Travel across clinic branches for service requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
