- Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, thank-you pages, and follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Design high-converting sales funnels using platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Leadpages, or similar tools.
- Implement lead nurturing workflows using email marketing, WhatsApp automation, SMS, and CRM integrations.
- Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to build complete funnel assets.
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and event tracking for accurate attribution.
Paid Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Perform audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Develop remarketing campaigns to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Monitor landing page performance and user behavior.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, creatives, CTAs, forms, and offers.
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition through continuous optimization.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Build automated customer journeys and follow-up sequences.
- Manage CRM pipelines and lead lifecycle.
- Integrate websites, forms, payment gateways, calendars, and automation tools.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure accurate reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key funnel metrics including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Landing Page Conversion Rate
- Funnel Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Website & Technical Marketing
- Collaborate with developers to improve website performance and user experience.
- Implement Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other tracking tools.
- Monitor website speed, technical SEO, and conversion performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
