Job Overview:
The Community Health Division of the Bangalore Baptist Hospital is the implementing agency for the District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) situated in the Bangalore Rural District. The District Disability Rehabilitation Center (DDRC) in Devanahalli is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Center. The ideal candidate will work with children with developmental delays and disabilities, helping them achieve independence in daily activities through customized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate children with developmental challenges.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
- Use play-based and evidence-based interventions to support children’s growth.
- Guide parents and caregivers on strategies to continue therapy at home.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, special educators, and speech therapists.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development and rehabilitation techniques.
- Compassionate and patient approach towards children and families.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Transformation is available from main Hospital to center

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
