- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Possess strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Understand and work with various US visa types, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, TN, and US Citizens, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Manage candidate records, interview schedules, and recruitment workflows using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or Zoho Recruit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for emerging technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and high-quality placements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
