We are looking for a Specialist - Contract Management (Project), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As a Specialist within the Contract Management (Project) team, you will be responsible for performing all critical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

Manage aerospace manufacturing projects end-to-end (initiation through delivery) for metallic parts produced via CNC machining and special processes

Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet program cost, schedule, and quality targets

Serve as the key link between engineering, supply chain, quality, and customers to drive decisions and remove blockers

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and milestones aligned with aerospace requirements

Track progress, manage change requests, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing and delivery commitments

Align project timelines with shop-floor capabilities by working closely with CNC machinists, process engineering, and quality teams

Ensure readiness of raw materials, tooling, fixtures, and external services to support uninterrupted execution

Integrate special processes (heat treatment, anodizing, plating, NDT) into the overall project schedule and manage associated lead times

Monitor production bottlenecks, drive corrective actions, and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality

Ensure project execution complies with AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including applicable customer/flow-down requirements

Drive documentation discipline (controlled plans, records, and approvals) and ensure end-to-end traceability for materials, special processes, and inspections

Support internal/external audits, manage nonconformances (NCR) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to project execution

Ability to identify project risks (capacity constraints, special process lead times, supplier performance) and build mitigation/contingency plans

Strong stakeholder communication to provide regular updates to leadership/customers and coordinate effectively with suppliers

Comfort managing change requests and scope adjustments while protecting cost/schedule/quality outcomes

Continuous improvement mindset; ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma and project management best practices to optimize workflows

Cross-functional collaboration skills to drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams

Ability to mentor junior coordinators and contribute to knowledge sharing/documentation

Ability to work within documented QMS procedures and maintain accurate records to support AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
-
Minimum 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing (CNC machining + special processes exposure)

CNC machining process knowledge (milling, turning, 5-axis machining)

Knowledge of special processes (heat treatment, anodizing, plating, NDT)

Proficiency with project management tools (eg, MS Project, Primavera, Jira)

Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders across functions

Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements (document control, risk-based thinking, traceability, nonconformance and CAPA)

Analytical and problem-solving ability to resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality

PMP/Prince2 (or equivalent) certification

AS9100/ISO 9001 internal auditor training or audit participation experience
