Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, and record daily financial transactions.
- Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Process customer invoices, vendor payments, and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, payment vouchers, and accounting records.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Verify employee reimbursements and process payments as per company policies.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for collections.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities when required.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Job RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime or other ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.

Preferred Skills

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require additional hours during month-end, year-end closing, or audit periods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
