Role Overview: Maxpo Exhibitions is looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as an Event Growth Associate. This role offers excellent exposure to the exhibitions, events, and real estate industry while helping you build communication, networking, and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, exhibitors, and business prospects
- Generate leads through research, networking, and outbound communication
- Connect with prospects through calls and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable exhibition opportunities
- Convert interested leads into qualified business opportunities
- Present event benefits and participation opportunities to clients
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Update lead and client details in CRM/software systems
- Support the team during exhibitions and events
