- Monitor daily operations to meet volume demands, focusing on yield, quality, batch cycle times, and continuous process improvement.

Responsible for monthly MIS reporting, stock reconciliation, variance analysis.

Strong coordination with interdepartmental teams ensures smooth, efficient operations and optimal energy utilization to remain within budgeted consumption norms.

Execute production strategies according to management guidelines and policies, utilizing lean principles to optimize workflow processes.

Participate in HAZOP studies, MOCs, JSAs, and risk assessments, and manage documentation for the respective area

Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance, and work with the engineering team to conduct root cause analysis on process faults to prevent their recurrence.

Effectively handling customer complaints, minimizing their occurrence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Coordinate new projects, modifications, and completions on schedule without disrupting ongoing production and work on new product implementation.

Responsible for improving safety awareness, shaping safe behaviors, and reducing workplace incidents.

Responsible for plant and process safety, as well as maintaining operational health and housekeeping in production areas.
- B.E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering

15 - 20 years of experience in Chemical / Petrochemical Industry
- Knowledge in different modules of SAP
