Role Summary: Your job is to connect with Schools, Colleges, Language Schools, Polytechnics and other institutions and arrange follow up meetings for the BD and Study Abroad Counselling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Tele-calling to Nursing Colleges, Nursing Institutes, Hospitals, Polytechnics, Language Schools, B2B agents, general Schools, Colleges and Universities
- Email communication and enquiry generation.
- Collection of interested College
- Qualify leads and book counselling appointments for BD team and senior counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM/tracker and follow up consistently.
- Share basic, accurate information on destinations, courses, timelines and processes (with training and support provided).
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects and appointments booked.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the operations team to ensure a smooth student experience.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident and professional. Comfort in Hindi
- Experience in the study-abroad / overseas education
- Strong phone presence — patient, persuasive and a genuinely good listener.
- Comfortable with follow-ups, targets and using a CRM or lead-tracking system.
