About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships to drive revenue growth by acquiring advertising clients and developing strategic brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, an established network across brands and agencies, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that create value for both clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new advertising clients across industries, including travel, hospitality, lifestyle, fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, education, and consumer brands etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, media agencies, and decision-makers.
- Pitch advertising, sponsorship, co-marketing, and branded content opportunities.
- Create customized partnership proposals based on client objectives and marketing goals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, prepare client reports, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetups.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly with leads, meetings, and deal progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in digital media, travel, advertising, marketing, or online platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of advertising solutions, sponsorships, influencer campaigns, branded content, and partnership models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
