Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics NAV and Business Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end implementations, integrations, and support activities, along with the ability to lead business discussions and drive solutions independently across multi-country environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Business Central implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Drive end-to-end ownership of Business Central modules and business processes
- Manage integrations between Business Central and external systems using APIs and web services
- Handle Master Data Management (MDM) within Business Central environments
- Support multi-country and multi-instance deployments
- Identify system limitations and propose optimal solutions or workarounds
- Provide day-to-day production support and resolve critical business issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices in system configuration, governance, and performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (NAV & Business Central)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Central
- Strong understanding of core Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing business processes and delivering effective ERP solutions
- Good understanding of integrations (APIs, web services, third-party systems)
- Experience in Master Data Management within ERP systems
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-instance environments
- Ability to independently lead requirement discussions and solution design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
- Exposure to customization and extensions in Business Central
- Knowledge of AL development (good to have)
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
