Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid / denied insurance claims
- Analyze AR aging reports and resolve outstanding balances
- Work on claim rejections, denials, and appeals
- Maintain accurate account updates and documentation
- Coordinate with team members to achieve targets
Experience in medical billing / AR process preferred.
