ORM Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our brand’s online reputation across digital platforms, monitoring feedback, and ensuring a positive brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across Google, social media, and other digital platforms.
Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Work with the marketing team to implement strategies for improving brand reputation.
Prepare weekly and monthly ORM reports with insights and action points.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain goodwill.
Handle negative comments/reviews tactfully and encourage positive engagement.
