About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user journeys across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital platforms.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or consumer internet products is preferred.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles.
