Azeezia Medical College Hospital invites applications for the position of Facility Manager to
lead and manage all facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained
hospital environment.
Position: Facility Manager
Location: Kollam, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 3 years, hospital experience mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of hospital facilities, utilities, and infrastructure
Ensure strict compliance with hospital safety standards and statutory regulations
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, biomedical engineering, and
technical teams
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
Implement facility-related improvement projects and ensure cost-effective operations
Respond promptly to facility emergencies and support patient-care areas as needed
Assist management in planning, budgeting, and facility audits
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital facility management (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of hospital engineering systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
medical gas systems, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and work in a fast-paced hospital
environment
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Facility/Operations Management
