Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Allenhouse Engineering College, Rooma
Job Summary
The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing students' interpersonal, communication, personality, and professional skills to prepare them for academic success and future careers. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and activities that enhance confidence, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for students across different grade levels.
- Conduct sessions on communication skills, public speaking, presentation skills, personality development, etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Develop students' confidence through group discussions, debates, role plays, and interactive activities.
- Train students in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct career readiness sessions, including interview skills, resume writing, and workplace etiquette for senior students.
- Help students improve verbal and written communication in English.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and personality development programs.
- Assess students' progress through activities, observations, presentations, and feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessment reports.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate life skills into the curriculum.
- Counsel and mentor students to improve confidence, motivation, and overall personality.
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Stay updated with current training methodologies, educational practices, and industry expectations.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Personality Development Coach.
- Experience in schools, colleges, universities, or corporate training environments is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,939.07 per month
