1. Responsible for the overall layout and packaging design of mining wide-body dump trucks, including spatial integration and coordination of powertrain, driveline, suspension, steering, brake, electrical, and other systems.
2. Use Creo or Catia to complete vehicle chassis modeling, component packaging, ergonomic checking, piping/harness routing, and motion interference analysis.
3. Optimize vehicle center of gravity distribution, axle load distribution, geometric passability parameters, and serviceability based on mine operating conditions (heavy load, climbing, rough roads, dusty environment).
4. Lead the calculation, breakdown, and achievement of key vehicle performance indicators (payload, max speed, gradeability, turning radius, etc.).
5. Coordinate design issues across subsystems (powertrain, chassis, body, electrical), organize cross‑function technical reviews, and drive vehicle development progress.
6. Participate in prototype build, assembly, commissioning, and validation testing; resolve practical packaging‑related issues (assembly interference, harness/piping interference, thermal management, etc.).
7. Prepare vehicle design guidelines, layout drawings, BOM, technical specifications, and vehicle validation test plans..
