We are looking for Integration Head, will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the contract farming (integration) operations of the poultry business. The role ensures efficient placement of chicks, feed supply, farm performance, bird health, production targets, cost control, and strong relationships with contract farmers while maintaining company quality and biosecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all poultry integration activities across assigned regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract poultry farmers.
Plan chick placement, feed distribution, medicine supply, and bird lifting schedules.
Coordinate with Hatchery, Feed Mill, Veterinary, Production, Transport, and Processing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor farm performance, mortality, feed conversion ratio (FCR), body weight, and productivity.
Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity, animal welfare, and company SOPs across all farms.
Guide and supervise Integration Managers, Field Officers, and Farm Supervisors.
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Resolve operational issues and provide technical support to farmers.
Prepare production forecasts, operational budgets, and management reports.
Ensure statutory, environmental, and company compliance requirements are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
