- Receive and handle incoming calls related to ambulance services
- Collect accurate information such as patient condition, location, and contact details
- Dispatch ambulances promptly based on urgency and availability
- Coordinate with drivers, paramedics, and hospitals
- Provide basic guidance to callers until medical help arrives
- Maintain records of calls, dispatch details, and service logs
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for emergency handling
- Ensure proper communication during critical situations
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
