Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to oversee interior execution projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, project tracking, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution work.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries to site.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve on-site issues and execution challenges efficiently.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure safety standards and proper site discipline are maintained.
- Assist in measurements, billing coordination, and project reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or project coordination.
- Knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, and finishing work.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a quality-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
