Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines for sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, set up the machine, ensure quality output, and meet production targets while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines as per production schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting programs.
- Load and unload sheet metal safely.
- Set up machine parameters according to material type and thickness.
- Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and material usage reports.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (Freshers also can apply, may be considered for trainee roles- training will be provided).
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with fiber laser cutting machines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
