Job Role – STEM Trainer (Robotics | Coding | AI)

Position Summary:
As a STEM Trainer at Brainy n Bright, you will be responsible for delivering engaging Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM sessions to students through hands-on, project-based learning. You will mentor students, ensure high-quality academic delivery, and inspire innovation and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM sessions as per the curriculum.
- Teach using platforms such as Scratch, Python, Arduino, Micro:bit, LEGO, VEX, and other STEM tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, projects, assessments, and learning materials.
- Track student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Mentor students for robotics competitions, coding challenges, and STEM events.
- Maintain STEM lab equipment and ensure proper usage of learning resources.
- Coordinate with schools, parents, and the academic team for smooth program execution.
- Support workshops, boot camps, demos, and special STEM events.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in internal training programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are welcome.
- Prior STEM teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, and basic Electronics.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
