Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for travel, contract, and direct-hire opportunities across the United States
Review VMS/MSP job requirements and identify qualified candidates based on licensure, certifications, specialty, and experience
Conduct candidate interviews, manage outreach through calls, emails, and text, and build strong candidate relationships
Discuss pay packages, availability, and assignment details while managing candidate expectations professionally
Submit candidates accurately through ATS/VMS platforms within client submission timelines
Maintain organized candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and activity updates
Collaborate closely with the US recruiting team to achieve submission and placement goals
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Therapy, or Clinical positions
Strong understanding of MSP/VMS recruitment processes and ATS platforms
Excellent English communication and candidate relationship management skills
Ability to work independently during US Night Shift from the Hyderabad office
Proven track record of successful submissions and placements
