Role Title:
Member Operations - RMHS
Roles & Responsiblities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role
Raw Material Handling, Assist in managing raw material (Copra) inward and Cake dispatch at the plant. The role includes supporting daily operations, ensuring basic safety and compliance, coordinating with teams and vendors, and helping track inventory and performance. The candidate will also contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency.
Key Duties & Responsiblities
Plan and forecast RM requirement and Communicate with Buying Team
Unload RM and process documents and maintain records
Assist in RM and by-product handling at Factory.
Ensure compliance with basic regulatory standards (APMC, FSSAI, etc.).
Help monitor daily operations and report any discrepancies.
Assist logistics in coordinating material movement.
Support manpower planning for smooth workflow.
Communicate with stakeholders and vendors for operational needs.
Assist in tracking expenses and maintaining basic documentation.
Participate in audits and inventory verification processes.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in stock verification and inventory tracking.
Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Secondary Duties & Responsiblities
Coordination and assisting in various engagement , safety ,training activities pertaining to RMHS & WH operations
Ensuring escalation of areas related to Hygiene , infra ,cleanliness to the HR department & business associates
Coordination and Support for various Audits such as EMS , OHSAS , FSMS , MIEM , FSVP, USFDA , Halal etc
