Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Oil & Gas recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical and non-technical positions across the GCC region. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to build a career in international hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Verify candidate documents and employment details.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and offer acceptance.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing Oil & Gas requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Recruitment or HR (preferred).
Experience
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or GCC recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

- Basic knowledge of GCC recruitment procedures.
