Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Management
- Develop, onboard, and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Drive sales through channel partners and ensure consistent lead generation.
- Organize channel partner meets, project launches, and engagement activities.
- Provide regular project updates, inventory availability, pricing, and promotional schemes to channel partners.
Lead Generation & Sourcing
- Generate qualified leads through brokers, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and networking activities.
- Build a strong sourcing network to maximize project visibility and sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase lead flow.
- Maintain and track lead databases and sourcing activities.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and closure of sourced leads.
- Assist in project presentations, site visits, and customer interactions when required.
- Monitor lead conversion ratios and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Market Research
- Analyze competitor projects, pricing trends, and market demand.
- Gather customer and broker feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Identify emerging markets and business opportunities.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.
- Track channel partner performance and lead conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and channel partner management.
- Ability to generate and nurture leads through multiple sources.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, business development, or sales.
- Established network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
