Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, team performance, inventory management, and store presentation. They help drive sales, maintain compliance with company policies, and step in for the Store Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Supervise, motivate, and support store employees.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Help achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily store reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Support loss prevention and shrinkage control initiatives.
