Job Summary:
The Receptionist & Administration Executive at Aabushan serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role also supports daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office and showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments
Customer Coordination:
- Guide customers to appropriate departments or staff
- Provide basic information about Aabushan products and services
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Administrative Support:
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Handle billing coordination, invoices, and basic data entry
- Assist in inventory tracking and coordination with sales team
Office Management:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and office areas
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
Communication & Coordination:
- Support internal team communication and scheduling
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
