Role Summary
The Admissions & Institutional Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions and building strategic institutional partnerships for Prep Thiruvalla. The role will own the branch’s growth pipeline by managing inquiries, counseling, and conversions, while also developing strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centers, referral partners, and other local feeder channels.
This is a growth-focused business role designed to expand Prep Thiruvalla’s market presence, generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and build a sustainable network of institutional and community partnerships that drive long-term admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Admissions & Conversion
- Own monthly student admission targets across programs offered by Prep Thiruvalla.
- Manage the complete admissions funnel from enquiry generation to enrolment closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all fresh leads, walk-ins, digital enquiries, event leads, and old database leads.
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents to understand academic goals and recommend relevant Prep programs.
- Improve lead-to-counselling and counselling-to-admission conversion rates through structured follow-up and relationship management.
- Drive batch-wise seat filling and ensure clear visibility into the admissions pipeline for upcoming programs.
- Support fee closure and admission documentation in coordination with the branch team.
2) Institutional Partnerships & Key Accounts
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with schools, higher secondary institutions, colleges, tuition centres, and other relevant feeder channels in Thiruvalla and nearby catchment areas.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of institutional accounts that can generate recurring student leads and brand visibility for Prep.
- Build strategic partnerships for career guidance sessions, scholarship tests, awareness seminars, entrance exam orientation sessions, and student engagement programs.
- Maintain regular contact with principals, coordinators, teachers, tuition partners, counsellors, and local education influencers to strengthen institutional relationships.
- Track account-wise outcomes, including meetings, events conducted, leads generated, admissions converted, and repeat engagement opportunities.
3) Outreach & Market Development
- Plan and execute branch-level outreach initiatives, including school presentations, career seminars, parent sessions, scholarship exams, open houses, and local awareness campaigns.
- Work with the leadership/marketing team to create local activation plans to improve visibility and lead generation in the Thiruvalla market.
- Build referral channels through alumni, parent communities, educators, local tuition centres, and other relevant networks.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, local student demand trends, and program opportunities.
4) Relationship Management & Branch Growth
- Act as a key relationship owner for important schools, institutions, and referral partners associated with Prep Thiruvalla.
- Ensure a strong parent and student experience during the counselling and admission process.
- Collaborate with academic, counselling, and branch teams to ensure seamless conversion and onboarding of students.
- Contribute to branch growth planning by identifying new partnership opportunities, high-potential catchment areas, and underpenetrated segments.
5) Reporting & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting of leads, counselling activity, admissions, partnership meetings, outreach activity, and account pipeline.
- Ensure CRM / lead tracker discipline and timely follow-up updates.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on admissions progress, partnership pipeline, and outreach outcomes.
- Share monthly branch growth plans and updates on institutional partnership development with management.

Candidate ProfileExperience
- 3–6 years of experience in education sales, admissions, institutional partnerships, business development, or branch growth roles
- Prior experience in coaching institutes, test prep, edtech, education counselling, school outreach, or student recruitment will be preferred
- Experience in managing school/college relationships or local business development partnerships is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies

Preferred Local Fit
- Candidates with familiarity or a network in Thiruvalla / Pathanamthitta / nearby regions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
