Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) across departments.
- Develop department-specific KPIs and KRAs for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and other functions.
- Partner with business leaders to align performance goals with organizational objectives.
- Drive performance reviews, appraisals, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvement plans.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure PMS policies are consistently implemented across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity and employee performance.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong experience in PMS design and execution.
- Hands-on exposure to Sales and Marketing performance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with business heads and drive a performance-oriented culture.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
