Role Overview
As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping drive store performance, elevate customer experiences, and lead the team from the front. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the store runs seamlessly while developing the skills to become a future Store Manager.

What You'll DoSupport Business Performance
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver strong business performance.
- Track and improve key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the sales floor by motivating the team and driving daily execution.
Support Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards across inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Monitor stock accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and ensure SOPs are consistently followed.
- Assist in executing promotions, campaigns, and new product launches seamlessly.
Lead & Develop the Team
- Coach, motivate, and support the retail team to deliver their best every day.
- Help onboard and train new team members while fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
- Lead the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Create a welcoming, engaging shopping environment that reflects the Uni Seoul brand.
- Resolve customer concerns with confidence and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Monitor store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support action plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct daily team huddles, monitor task execution, and ensure operational consistency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, Team Lead, Senior Sales Executive, or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on approach.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a Store Manager role.
