The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in Insurance Sales, with excellent communication and convincing skills. The role involves handling outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Promote and sell insurance products/services over the phone. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/Telesales. Experience in Insurance Sales will be preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Basic computer knowledge.
