Roles and Responsibilities
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across various platforms, including digital (social media graphics, website elements, email templates, banner ads) and print (brochures, flyers, presentations, branding materials).
- Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance our creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise across both digital (social media graphics, web assets, banner ads) and print media (brochures, flyers, branding materials).
- Typography & Motion: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with marketing, content, and sales teams, with the ability to take feedback and translate project requirements into compelling visual designs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
