Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and DGCA-certified Drone Pilot with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial drone operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing drone flights safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with DGCA regulations. The role involves aerial data collection, equipment maintenance, mission planning, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drones safely and efficiently in accordance with DGCA guidelines and company SOPs.
- Plan and execute flight missions for surveying, mapping, inspection, photography, videography, and other operational requirements.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
- Maintain flight logs, mission reports, and operational documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process and organize collected aerial data for project teams.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand mission requirements.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks before and during flight operations.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC).
- 2–3 years of professional drone flying experience.
- Good knowledge of DGCA regulations, airspace rules, and flight safety procedures.
- Experience with survey, mapping, inspection, or aerial imaging projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with mission planning software and drone data collection tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DJI Enterprise or similar commercial drone platforms.
- Knowledge of GIS, photogrammetry, or mapping software is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of drone maintenance and calibration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
