About us
Brijstar Green Energy is a solar EPC company installing rooftop and ground-mount solar across North Bengal, including under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. We’re scaling fast and building an in-house creative function from scratch.
What you’ll do
- Design social media creatives, reels covers and ad graphics for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube campaigns
- Design outdoor media: hoardings, flex banners, wall paintings, auto, van branding, roadshow backdrops
- Create dealer and channel-partner kits: brochures, rate cards, danglers, standees, visiting cards
- Design customer-facing collateral: scheme explainer leaflets, subsidy comparison sheets, before and after case studies
- Produce branding assets for installed systems — inverter and AC DB stickers, warranty labels, site signage
- Maintain and extend the brand identity: logo usage, colour palette, typography, templates for quotations and reports
- Basic video editing for testimonial and site-walkthrough reels
Must-have skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW (print-ready files, CMYK, bleed, large-format setup)
- Canva or Figma for fast social/template work
- Bilingual layout ability — Bengali and Hindi typography alongside English
- Understanding of print production - vinyl, flex, sunboard, sticker die-cuts, vendor coordination
- Portfolio showing at least some marketing or retail campaign work
Good to have
- Premiere Pro and or CapCut for short-form video
- Motion graphics or basic After Effects
- Experience with solar, electrical, real estate or FMCG style local campaigns
- Photography for site shoots
What we look for
Speed with volume, willingness to work to a campaign calendar, comfort taking direction from sales and field teams, and ownership of files and version discipline.
