Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Art & Craft Faculty who can inspire young learners to express themselves through various forms of art. The ideal candidate should be skilled in multiple mediums, comfortable working with children across age groups, and enthusiastic about organizing exhibitions, workshops, and creative school events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging art and craft lessons for students from primary to middle grades.
- Introduce students to varied art forms, such as drawing, painting, clay modeling, paper craft, origami, and recycled art.
- Prepare students for art competitions, exhibitions, and school-level creative events.
- Maintain a vibrant and welcoming art room with student work displays.
- Support classroom projects and school functions with artistic input.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate art into other areas of the curriculum.
- Ensure safety and proper usage of art materials and tools by students.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduate or Diploma in Fine Arts / Applied Arts / Art Education or a related discipline.
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment is preferred (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Hands-on experience with diverse craft techniques and materials.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
- Ability to manage classrooms and foster an inclusive, joyful learning space.
