We build the digital nervous system for facilities — connecting people, assets, and operations on a single intelligent platform. Our platform automates FM operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. In just 6 months since launch, we're already trusted by premium FM clients across cities and we're scaling rapidly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect & Pipeline Growth
- Identify and profile Facility Management companies via online channels and networking.
- Qualify leads and build a robust sales funnel.
Demo & Close
- Deliver compelling product presentations — remote and in-person.
- Own & Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end from discovery of leads till contract closure.
Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Gather site data, configure the platform, and train client teams.
- Validate deployment accuracy;
- Serve as field rep for Demo and Trainings 1-2 days/week.
Account Management & Support
- Grow the account by strengthening relationship and expanding business
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain CRM data, document SOPs, and track usage metrics.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT 2 days/week client visits for demo's/training (Conveyance paid extra), Travel within india and to other states.

- Tech-Savvy Comfortable with SaaS tools & Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive Self-starter who owns schedules and client expectations.
- Communicator Clear, confident presenter — Online and In-Person.
- Relationship Builder Detail-oriented with strong CRM discipline (Account Management).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
